 Burning instructions or safety tips customers should know about?

Yes, absolutely! Before lighting, always check your wick and trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch with a wick trimmer. For the first time burn, let it burn for 3-4 hours until the pool of wax reaches the edge of the vessel to avoid tunneling. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Burn your candle on an even, draft-free surface. Stop use when the candle burns down to less than ½ inch.
